Our approach to learning is play-based and helps develop children’s motor skills, encourages positive social interaction and a creative learning imagination. It is our goal to provide a safe, caring and nurturing environment for your child’s emotional, social, physical and intellectual development.
All of these very important needs will be met through non-pressured and non-competitive programs that encourage a positive self-esteem for each individual child. Our Story
Wanting to provide a High-Quality Early Childhood Education to the North Denver Area, Mona joined forces with her family, the owners of Rising Star ELC (Colorado Shines 4-Star Center), & opened Little Boots Early Learning Center on August 16, 2016.From day one, we set the bar high & nothing was going to stop us from achieving our goal; being a high-quality center that accepted every family, no matter their situation. Regardless of the roadblocks that came with opening a new center, we trudged forward & our dedicated staff worked tirelessly. From the start, we implemented the Creative Curriculum, Colorado Shines, ITERS, ECERS, Teaching Strategies, Speech Therapy, & provided every child these services.
Now we are proud to say that hard work and dedication DOES actually pay off. In a little less than a year our enrollment reached a record high of 100 students, resulting in becoming waitlisted and having to open more classrooms. After 2.5 years, our first Colorado Shines rating surpassed expectations and Little Boots Early Learning Center earned a LEVEL 5 Colorado Shines Quality Rating– the only school of its kind to achieve this in all of North Denver!
Nevertheless, it does not stop there! We are continuously finding ways to reflect and improve the center, assuring it remains a quality center for everyone. So with that, as of August 1st 2019, we are proud to announce that we are one of the few Adams County locations that provide our families with the opportunity to enroll their child (birth to 3 years told) in Early Head Start.
